General maintenance for office / hotels

Below is an example of typical maintenance specification. However, we tailor our service to the needs of each individual client, in order to provide the flexibility which each and every one of our customer deserves.

Daily

• Empty and damp wipe all ashtrays.
• Thoroughly sweep all uncarpeted floor areas.
• Damp mop spillages.
• Vacuum clean all carpets and rugs.
• Dust all office furniture and fittings where accesible.
• Dust telephone instruments.
• Toilets, including basin, urinals, bowls, toilet seats, floors and waste receptacles, cleaned and disinfected, mirrors and fittings cleaned and polished.
• Staircase treads, risers and landings cleaned and / or polished according to surface, balustrades and handrails dusted.

Weekly

• Polish all furniture where accessible.
• Damp wipe finger marks from doors.
• Machine burnish floors, where appropriate.
• Dust all pictures on walls.
